KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that western and local winds are partially affecting weather patterns across the country.

Currently, the weather in the hilly areas, including Koshi Province, is partly to generally cloudy, while the rest of the country remains partly cloudy to mostly clear. Some areas in the Terai are experiencing fog.

This afternoon, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy to mostly clear across the nation.

There is a chance of light snowfall in a few isolated locations in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi and Gandaki Provinces.

The weather will remain partly cloudy to mostly clear across the country tonight.
