POKHARA: The first-ever Nepal-India-China Expo (NICE-2025) has commenced in Pokhara, aiming to boost foreign tourist arrivals from neighboring countries, India and China.

The three-day event has attracted over 600 participants, including 80 buyers, 70 sellers, and 75 international representatives.

The exhibition, organized by the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Nepal Chapter in collaboration with the Nepal Tourism Board and the Pokhara Tourism Council, seeks to foster professional experiences, expand networks, and create business opportunities among stakeholders from the three countries.

With the slogan ‘Nice for MICE and More,’ the event aims to establish Pokhara as a prime destination for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourism.

Known for its scenic beauty and adventure tourism, Pokhara is also positioned as a hub for business tourism and cultural exchanges.

PATA Nepal Chapter CEO, Suresh Singh Budal, emphasized the event’s significance in promoting Nepal’s tourism potential in two major source markets, India and China.

The exhibition will feature a Knowledge Forum, B2B exhibitions, business meetings, and networking sessions. The event is expected to enhance business networks, foster regional cooperation, and strengthen tourism and trade relations among the three countries.
