KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Monday).

The Rastra Bank reports that the exchange rates for most foreign currencies, including the euro, pound, dinar, and Australian dollar, have decreased today, while the Kuwaiti dinar has become more expensive.

On the other hand, the exchange rate of the US dollar has remained unchanged for the past three days.

Today, the buying rate of 1 US dollar is 138.45 rupees, and the selling rate is 139.05 rupees. The exchange rate of the US dollar has remained unchanged for the past two days.

Meanwhile, today, the buying rate of 1 European euro is 144.80 rupees, and the selling rate is 145.43 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 euro was 144.95 rupees, and the selling rate was 145.58 rupees.

The buying rate of 1 British pound is 174.88 rupees, and the selling rate is 175.64 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 pound was 175.15 rupees, and the selling rate was 175.91 rupees.

Similarly, for the Australian dollar, the buying rate is 88.03 rupees, and the selling rate is 88.41 rupees.

Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 Australian dollar was 88.47 rupees, and the selling rate was 88.45 rupees.

The buying rate of 1 Kuwaiti dinar is 448.78 rupees, and the selling rate is 450.73 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Kuwaiti dinar was 448.55 rupees, and the selling rate was 450.50 rupees.

Similarly, the buying rate of 1 Bahraini dinar is 367.24 rupees, and the selling rate is 368.83 rupees. Yesterday, the buying rate of 1 Bahraini dinar was 367.38 rupees, and the selling rate was 368.97 rupees.

The central bank has stated that these exchange rates are subject to change as needed.
