No discussion held about joining any party: Minister Ghising

KATHMANDU: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Kulman Ghising has clarified that there has been no discussion about him joining any political party.

Responding to reports linking him with the Ujyalo Nepal Party and claims that he is set to become its chairperson, Minister Ghising said he has taken serious note of the misleading information circulated on social media and in various media outlets.

“There has been no discussion regarding my involvement with the said party as mentioned in the reports,” he stated. “The claim that I participated in a Zoom meeting related to the party is also false. Such baseless and fabricated information has been spread with malicious intent, and I urge everyone not to be misled by it.”
