NC central committee meeting postponed

KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress has postponed its Central Working Committee meeting, initially scheduled for June 29, by one day.

According to the party’s Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel, the meeting has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances and will now be held on June 30 at 1 PM.

Earlier, on June 13, the party had issued a notice announcing that the meeting would take place on June 29. However, citing internal reasons, the decision was revised on Friday.

No additional details have been provided regarding the reason for the delay. The upcoming meeting is expected to discuss pressing internal matters and recent political developments.
