Inmate dies during treatment at Bhadrapur Provincial Hospital



KATHMANDU: An Indian national serving his sentence at the Jhapa District Prison has died while undergoing treatment.

According to the Jhapa District Prison Office, Karn Bahadur Limbu of Darjeeling, West Bengal, who had been suffering from high blood pressure, passed away this morning during treatment at Bhadrapur Provincial Hospital.

Authorities said Limbu had been taken to the hospital after his health condition deteriorated.
