Gold prices rise by Rs 1,100



KATHMANDU: The price of gold has risen by Rs 1,100 per tola on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association.

Gold, which was traded at Rs 157,000 per tola on Monday, is now priced at Rs 158,100 per tola.

The price hike is attributed to the increase in gold prices in the international market, which has had a direct impact on the Nepali market.

Similarly, the price of silver has also seen a rise, increasing by Rs 15 per tola. Silver, which was priced at Rs 1,860 per tola yesterday, is now trading at Rs 1,875 per tola.
