UML Senior Vice Chair Ishwar Pokhrel
KATHMANDU: Senior Vice-Chair of the CPN-UML, Ishwar Pokharel, has announced his intention to contest for the party’s chairmanship in the upcoming general convention.
During the secretariat meeting held on Thursday, Pokharel urged KP Oli to step down after the current term and stated his plan to run for the chairmanship. He also requested Oli to act as a mentor.
