Nepal takes on Scotland in final match of T20I Tri-Series tonight

KATHMANDU: Nepal will take on hosts Scotland in the final match of the ongoing T20I Tri-Nation Series in Scotland today. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:45 PM Nepali time at Titwood, Glasgow.

So far in the series, Nepal have registered two wins while Scotland have managed just one. Scotland had started the tournament with a win over the Netherlands but then lost back-to-back matches — first to Nepal and then again to the Dutch side.

Nepal, on the other hand, bounced back strongly after a narrow defeat in the opening match against the Netherlands, where they lost in the third Super Over. They went on to defeat Scotland and then avenged their earlier loss by beating the Netherlands on Thursday.

In the T20 format, Nepal and Scotland have faced each other only twice before, sharing one win each. Tuesday’s match was their first encounter in T20 Internationals (T20Is), which Nepal won.
