NA Vice Chairperson Ghimire off to China



KATHMANDU: National Assembly (NA) Vice Chairperson Bimala Ghimire left for China on Monday leading an eight-member parliamentary delegation.

During her six-day formal visit, Ghimire is scheduled to attend different programmes in Xian of Shaanxi, China.

The parliamentary delegation will attend the Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Development Forum of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and Ninth Silk Road International Expo and other programmes.

NA Vice Chairperson Ghimire is scheduled to address both the events.
Members of House of Representatives (HoR) Dinesh Kumar Yadav and Urmila Majhi, NA Members Beduram Bhusal and Sumitra BC, and officials of the Federal Parliament are in the Ghimire-led parliamentary delegation.

The Nepali delegation is scheduled to return home on May 24.
