SEE begins today across 2,079 centers

A total of 514,071 students appearing SEE



KATHMANDU: The Secondary Education Examination (SEE) begins today.

According to the National Examination Board, Office of the Controller of Examinations, the SEE will be conducted from 8 AM at 2,079 examination centers across the country.

As per the examination schedule, the first-day exams include Compulsory English, Compulsory Sanskrit Composition for Vedavidyashram students, and Compulsory Arabic Language for Madrasa students.

This year, 514,071 students are taking the SEE, an increase of 49,286 compared to last year’s 464,785 participants.

To ensure smooth operations, one assistant center head and one invigilator have been assigned for every 20 students in examination centers with up to 150 examinees.

However, no assistant center heads have been deployed in centers with fewer than 75 examinees.
