KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel issued the House of Representatives Member Election (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2082.
According to Pradeep Kumar Koirala, spokesperson for the Office of the President, the ordinance was issued on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution.
