KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is holding its Central Committee meeting on Wednesday afternoon. The meeting will begin at 2 PM at the party’s central office in Banasthali.
According to the party, the meeting will discuss contemporary politics, ongoing dialogue efforts, and possible cooperation with other political forces. Leaders will also be briefed on the latest legal updates regarding Party President Rabi Lamichhane’s court case.
The agenda includes reviewing the recently held expanded Central Committee meeting and endorsing the reports presented there after necessary revisions.
The Media Study Taskforce will present its plan to conduct daily media monitoring and analysis from now until the election. It will also provide regular briefings at the central level, issue event-based briefings when needed, and report directly to the Central Committee.
The meeting will also discuss expanding the Candidate Recommendation Committee, selection of the party’s candidate for Rupandehi-3, and several other organizational matters. In addition, the committee will hold discussions on the party’s upcoming Gen-Z targeted campaign.
