PM Sushila Karki meets Nepali Congress youth leaders to discuss election environment



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki on Wednesday held a meeting with young leaders of the Nepali Congress at her official residence in Baluwatar, focusing mainly on the political atmosphere ahead of the upcoming elections.

According to Tarun Dal central member Sandeep Niraula, the discussion centered on the country’s evolving political situation and the preparations for the polls slated for March 5. During the meeting, PM Karki stressed that cooperation from all political parties is vital to build a favourable environment for timely elections.

The youth leaders urged the Prime Minister to take all political parties into confidence to ensure the polls proceed without delay.

The Nepali Congress youth delegation included Devraj Chalise, Gururaj Ghimire, Rajendra Bajgain, Ujjwal Baral, Resham Baniya, Tekraj Paudel, Cheddup Lama, and Sandeep Niraula.
