KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that Nepal is currently experiencing the partial influence of westerly and local winds.
As per the latest updates, the weather is partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati Provinces, while the rest of the country remains mostly clear.
By this afternoon, conditions are expected to remain partly cloudy to mostly clear nationwide.
However, there is a possibility of light rain with lightning in one or two places in the hilly areas of Gandaki Province.
Additionally, light snowfall may occur in some high-hill and mountainous regions, while windstorms could affect certain areas in Koshi and Madhesh Provinces.
For tonight, the weather in Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces will remain partly cloudy to mostly clear, with similar conditions expected across the rest of the country.
