Nepal into Kho Kho World Cup Women’s final



KATHAMANDU: The Nepali Women’s National Kho Kho Team has zoomed into the final of the World Cup by defeating Uganda. This is the first historic success for Nepal to reach the final of the World Cup.

Nepal defeated Uganda 89-18 in the semi-final match played at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Sports Ground in New Delhi today. Nepal’s women’s team reached the final undefeated.

Nepal defeated Bhutan 93-24 in the first match, Germany 73-34 in the second match, Sri Lanka 110-10 in the third match and Bangladesh 84-24 in the fourth match.

Similarly, Nepal had defeated Iran 103-8 in the quarter-finals to reach the semi-finals
