4.6-magnitude earthquake strikes western Nepal



KATHMANDU:  A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck western Nepal on Wednesday night. The National Seismological Center reported that the quake occurred at 8:26 PM, with its epicenter near the border of Eastern Rukum and Baglung districts.

The sudden tremor prompted local residents to rush outside their homes. The earthquake was widely felt across various districts in Lumbini, Karnali, and Gandaki provinces.

As of now, no reports of human casualties or property damage have been received.
