Meetings of two parliamentary committees taking place today



KATHMANDU: Two parliamentary committees under the Federal Parliament are scheduled to meet today.

According to the schedule, the Infrastructure Development Committee and the Legislative Management Committee will convene their respective meetings.

The Infrastructure Development Committee will discuss the condition of the Kodari Highway, Rasuwagadhi, and other roads affected by monsoon rains. The meeting will also focus on the state of road transport and infrastructure ahead of the upcoming festival season.

Meanwhile, the Legislative Management Committee is set to deliberate on the draft report of the Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081.
