CHITWAN: A five-year-old girl died after falling into a septic tank at Bharatpur Hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabindra Khanal of the District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as Anjana, the daughter of Bikash Magar, an employee at the hospital.
The incident occurred while the child was playing. She was immediately rescued and admitted to the same hospital, but succumbed to her injuries later that evening.
