Nepali Congress to hold discussions with ministers participating in the government



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Working Committee and the ministers representing the party in the government are scheduled to hold a joint meeting today.

Party President Sher Bahadur Deuba has convened the meeting.

According to Chief Whip of the Parliamentary Party Shyam Ghimire, the meeting is set to take place at 8 a.m. During the meeting, ministers from the party will brief the committee on the progress made so far in their respective ministries.

Ten ministers and two state ministers from the Congress in the KP Sharma Oli-led government will attend the meeting. Key figures such as Party President Deuba, General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwa Prakash Sharma, National Assembly Parliamentary Party Leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula, Chief Whip Shyam Kumar Ghimire, and Whip Sushila Thing are also expected to attend.
