UML capable of leading country out of crisis: General Secretary Pokharel



RANJHA: CPN (UML) General Secretary Shankar Pokharel has said his party is capable of steering the country out of the current crisis.

Addressing a mass gathering organised by the CPN (UML) Banke District Committee in Nepalgunj today, Pokharel said the party has been actively working to lift the nation from its present challenges.

He stated that the UML had already emerged as the people’s first choice and that the party is now focused on transforming itself into a decisive national force. He stressed the need for all democratic forces to unite to rescue the nation from the ongoing crisis.

Pokharel added that reinstating the House of Representatives could pave the way to address the concerns raised by youth and restore democracy to the right track.
