KMC demolishes squatter homes along Manohara River



KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City on Friday demolished makeshift houses in a squatter settlement along the banks of the Manohara River.

A team led by Municipal Police Chief Raju Pandey arrived at the site with bulldozers to dismantle the structures. Nepal Police personnel were also deployed to provide security during the operation.
