Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today (Sunday), with all major foreign currencies remaining stable.

According to the central bank, currencies including the US dollar, British pound, euro, Australian dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, and Bahraini dinar will be traded at the same rates as the previous day.

As per today’s rate, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 137.44, while the selling rate is Rs 138.04.

Likewise, the euro is being bought at Rs 158.03 and sold at Rs 158.72. Similarly, the buying and selling rates of the British pound are Rs 185.96 and Rs 186.77, respectively.

The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 88.94 and sold at Rs 89.33. Likewise, the buying rate of the Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 449.75, while the selling rate is Rs 450.96. The Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs 364.27 and sold at Rs 365.86.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. It also clarified that the rates set by commercial banks may vary, and the most recent exchange rates can be accessed through the central bank’s official website.
