People’s wave to Maoist Centre on the rise, Prachanda argues

BAGMATI: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the people’s support to his party was growing and needed to be institutionalized.

During a programme organized by the CPN (Maoist Centre) at Bagmati Rural Municipality in Makawanpur district on Saturday, the former PM mentioned that the people’s interest in the Maoist Centre party was increasing, and instructed the party leaders and cadres to solidify this trust.

He asked the party leaders and cadres to move ahead by making plans and programmes that would not disappoint the people’s hope and trust.

Prachanda termed this as an important opportunity for the party and emphasized that the party leaders and cadres should focus in a planned manner by being people-centric.

Likewise, he asked the leaders to maintain the party’s hold in the areas where the Maoist Centre had won in the past elections.

The Maoist Centre Chairman shared that the performance of the people’s representatives in the local levels won by his party candidates will be an exemplary one.

Meanwhile, Prachanda met with the families of martyrs in Makawanpur on Saturday itself.
