Gold prices surge in Nepal



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has seen a significant increase on Wednesday, rising by Rs 4,000 per tola to reach Rs 155,400, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association.

On Tuesday, the price of gold stood at Rs 151,400 per tola, marking a notable hike within a day.

Similarly, the price of silver has also climbed, with a tola of silver now trading at Rs 1,830. This marks a slight increase from Tuesday’s rate of Rs 1,820 per tola.
