Gold prices continue to rise



KATHMANDU: Gold prices increased further today compared to last Friday, rising by Rs 2,200 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 258,800 per tola, while silver is being traded at Rs 3,825 per tola. On Friday, gold was priced at Rs 256,600 per tola, while silver was traded at Rs 3,905 per tola.

According to international media reports, gold is currently trading in the international market at US$ 4,299 per ounce, while silver is being bought and sold at US$ 62 per ounce.
