25 NC leaders demand pre-election general convention



KATHMANDU: Twenty-five central members of the Nepali Congress’ establishment faction have submitted a memorandum at the party office in Sanepa, urging that the party hold its general convention before the upcoming elections.

The memorandum was intended to be submitted to Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka on Friday, but was officially registered at the party office in his absence.
