President Paudel expresses shock over Bipin Joshi’s death: Had made efforts for his release



KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who had gone to Israel under the Learn and Earn program.

President Paudel said he was shocked to learn of Joshi’s death, recalling that he had made repeated and sincere efforts to secure Joshi’s release from the captivity of the Palestinian group Hamas.

Extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and well-wishers, President Paudel paid tribute to Joshi and expressed sympathy in this moment of grief.
