Life in Birgunj returning to normal

BIRGUNJ: Life in Birgunj is gradually returning to normal following days of disruption caused by the Gen-Z protests and demonstrations.

The unrest that began on September 8 had brought government services and educational activities to a halt across the country. However, conditions in the district are steadily improving.

Assistant Chief District Officer of Parsa, Suman Kumar Karki, said that all government offices have been instructed to resume regular services starting today.

Meanwhile, schools in the district have also reopened, with teaching and learning activities resuming from Sunday.
