KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali has said that the party will conclude its opening session by 4 pm today.

He said leaders have been requested to keep their congratulatory remarks brief so that the programme can be completed on time.

Apart from Rastriya Prajatantra Party chair Rajendra Lingden and CPN General Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’, no other top leaders from political parties are attending the opening session of UML’s 11th National General Convention.

Gyawali said the closed-door session will begin immediately after the opening programme concludes.
