Bhim Rawal says unification with NCP heals ‘old wounds’ of party split

KATHMANDU: Dr. Bhim Rawal, the founder of Matri Bhumi Jagaran Abhiyan, Nepal, has said that the organizational unification with the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) has helped heal the wounds of the party’s past division.

Speaking after signing the agreement on party unification, Rawal said, “When the then NCP was split by those pursuing vested interests, I left this place with a heavy heart. Today, returning to this same platform and engaging in ideological dialogue with the same comrades feels like applying balm to the painful wounds of separation.”

He expressed his commitment to building a strong national force to advance social justice and socio-economic transformation.

“In the coming days, we will achieve our goals through organizational and emotional unity backed by determination,” Rawal said.
