KMC to arrange transportation for Gen Z protest casualties



KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has announced that it will provide transportation and logistical support to families of those who died during the recent Gen Z protests. The move includes arranging ambulances to transport bodies to the deceased’s homes.

In an official notice, the city said, “For individuals who passed away prematurely during the Gen Z movement, the metropolitan city will manage the transportation, lodging, and provision of ambulances to deliver the bodies to their respective homes.”

The city has also deployed special teams to assist those injured during the protests, providing medical treatment and transportation back to their homes after recovery.
