KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is 139 rupees 96 paisa, and the selling rate is 140 rupees 56 paisa.
The buying rate of one European Euro is 162 rupees 86 paisa, and the selling rate is 163 rupees 56 paisa. The buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling is 188 rupees 5 paisa, and the selling rate is 188 rupees 86 paisa.
Similarly, the buying rate of one Swiss Franc is 172 rupees 74 paisa, and the selling rate is 173 rupees 48 paisa. The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 91 rupees 20 paisa, and the selling rate is 91 rupees 60 paisa.
The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 101 rupees 61 paisa, and the selling rate is 102 rupees 4 paisa. The buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 108 rupees 88 paisa, and the selling rate is 109 rupees 35 paisa.
Likewise, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 46 paisa, and the selling rate is 9 rupees 51 paisa. The buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 48 paisa, and the selling rate is 19 rupees 57 paisa.
The buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 29 paisa, and the selling rate is 37 rupees 45 paisa. The buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 40 paisa, and the selling rate is 38 rupees 56 paisa.

The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is 371 rupees 23 paisa, and the selling rate is 372 rupees 82 paisa. The buying rate of one Omani rial is 363 rupees 53 paisa, and the selling rate is 365 rupees 90 paisa.
The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at 160 rupees, with the selling rate also at 160 rupees.
The Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as required. The exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the most recent rates are available on the central bank’s website.
