Gold price surges by nearly Rs 5,000 per tola in a single day



KATHMANDU: The price of gold has surged by nearly Rs 5,000 per tola on Tuesday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold is being traded at Rs 246,400 per tola today, up by Rs 4,900 from the previous day’s price of Rs 241,500.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 105 per tola, reaching Rs 3,170 from Rs 3,065 on Monday.
