Police units in Lalitpur reinstated after Gen-Z protests



LALITPUR: Several police units in Lalitpur district that had been displaced during the recent Gen-Z protests have been reinstated and resumed operations from Wednesday, according to the District Security Committee.

The reinstated offices include Satdobato Circle, Chapagaun Circle, Imadol Police Post, Lubhu Police Post, Mangalbazaar Police Post, Sanepa Police Post, Lagankhel, Pulchowk Police Post, Lakuribhanjyang Police Post, Hanumansthan Police Post, and Patandhoka Police Post.

The committee urged residents to remain vigilant given the sensitive security situation in the district. It specifically requested locals to immediately inform nearby security agencies if they notice new or unfamiliar individuals in their neighborhoods.
