Today’s foreign exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has released the official foreign exchange rates for Thursday. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 140.67, while the selling rate stands at Rs 141.27.

Similarly, the buying rate for one euro is Rs 164.56, and the selling rate is Rs 165.26. The British pound sterling is being bought at Rs 190.40 and sold at Rs 191.22. The Swiss franc is trading at a buying rate of Rs 176.30 and a selling rate of Rs 177.05.

The Australian dollar is valued at Rs 92.91 for buying and Rs 93.31 for selling. The Canadian dollar’s buying rate is Rs 101.52, with a selling rate of Rs 101.95. For the Singapore dollar, the rates are Rs 109.61 for buying and Rs 110.08 for selling.

Likewise, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.54, while the selling rate is Rs 9.58. One Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 19.75 and sold at Rs 19.84. The Saudi Arabian riyal is valued at Rs 37.50 for buying and Rs 37.66 for selling. The Qatari riyal trades at Rs 38.59 for buying and Rs 38.76 for selling.

The Thai baht has a buying rate of Rs 4.43 and a selling rate of Rs 4.44, while the UAE dirham is bought at Rs 38.30 and sold at Rs 38.46. The Malaysian ringgit is trading at Rs 33.34 for buying and Rs 33.48 for selling.

One hundred South Korean won is valued at Rs 10.13 for buying and Rs 10.17 for selling. The Swedish kronor is being bought at Rs 15.04 and sold at Rs 15.10, while the Danish kronor is priced at Rs 22.04 for buying and Rs 22.14 for selling.

The Hong Kong dollar has a buying rate of Rs 18.06 and a selling rate of Rs 18.14. The Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at Rs 460.46 and sold at Rs 462.42, while the Bahraini dinar is priced at Rs 374.10 for buying and Rs 374.69 for selling. The Omani rial stands at Rs 365.36 for buying and Rs 366.92 for selling.

Additionally, the exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
