Nomination process for FSU elections begins today

KATHMANDU: The nomination process for candidates contesting the upcoming Free Student Union (FSU) elections at Tribhuvan University (TU) begins today.

Candidates are scheduled to register their nominations between 11 am and 2 pm.

On Monday, the distribution of nomination papers for both direct and proportional candidates, along with the registration of student organizations, was completed.

The FSU elections will take place on March 18 at the constituent and affiliated campuses of TU.

Elections are expected to be held in 62 constituent campuses and 1,040 affiliated campuses across the country.
