Ncell offers free voice, SMS, and internet services



KATHMANDU: Telecom operator Ncell has announced that it will provide free voice, SMS, and internet services for two days to help citizens stay connected during ongoing disruptions across the country.

According to the company, the move aims to ensure that consumers can maintain communication with family and relatives both within Nepal and abroad despite the current unrest.

The free services will be available for 48 hours starting from 7 p.m. on Tuesday, covering local voice calls (across Ncell and Nepal Telecom networks), internet access, and SMS messaging.

In a statement, Ncell expressed deep concern over the recent unfortunate events nationwide, offering condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and extending sympathy to those affected.

“This initiative ensures continuous and easy communication for our subscribers during a difficult time,” the statement said.
