KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for Thursday.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at NPR 138.41, while the selling rate stands at NPR 139.01.
The buying rate of one Euro is NPR 152.89, and the selling rate is NPR 153.56.
Similarly, one UK pound sterling is being bought at NPR 177.38 and sold at NPR 178.15. The Swiss franc is being bought at NPR 164.89 and sold at NPR 165.61.
The Australian dollar has a buying rate of NPR 83.09 and a selling rate of NPR 83.45.
The Canadian dollar is being bought at NPR 97.45 and sold at NPR 97.87, while the Singapore dollar’s buying rate is NPR 102.63 and selling rate is NPR 103.08.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is NPR 9.56, and the selling rate is NPR 9.60. The Chinese yuan is being bought at NPR 18.83 and sold at NPR 18.91.
The Saudi Arabian riyal is being bought at NPR 36.87 and sold at NPR 37.03, and the Qatari riyal is being bought at NPR 37.97 and sold at NPR 38.13.
According to the bank, the Thai baht is being bought at NPR 4.00 and sold at NPR 4.02. The UAE dirham has a buying rate of NPR 37.68 and a selling rate of NPR 37.85.
Likewise, the Malaysian ringgit is being bought at NPR 30.79 and sold at NPR 30.92. Meanwhile, 100 South Korean won is being bought at NPR 9.35 and sold at NPR 9.39.
The Swedish krona is being bought at NPR 13.86 and sold at NPR 13.92, while the Danish krone is being bought at NPR 20.47 and sold at NPR 20.56.
The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at NPR 17.85 and the selling rate at NPR 17.92. The Kuwaiti dinar is being bought at NPR 450.19 and sold at NPR 452.14. The Bahraini dinar is being bought at NPR 367.12 and sold at NPR 368.71. The Omani rial has a buying rate of NPR 359.50 and a selling rate of NPR 361.06.
Additionally, the buying rate for 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at NPR 160.00, while the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
