Singha Durbar set on fire as protesters storm compound



KATHMANDU: Demonstrators entered the Singha Durbar compound and set fire to parts of Nepal’s main administrative complex on Tuesday.

On the second day of the Gen-Z–led protests, a group of protesters breached the western gate of Singha Durbar and advanced into the compound, reaching as far as the garden area before igniting the blaze.
