Former PM Nepal’s health improving



KATHMANDU: The health of former Prime Minister and Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) Chairperson, Madhav Kumar Nepal, has improved.

He was admitted to the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center at local Maharajgunj on Thursday for angioplasty. After the angioplasty treatment, the doctors have advised him rest along with treatment for a few days.

The former Prime Minister has been kept in ICU. Meeting him has been suspended for the time being due to his health sensitivity, according to the party’s central publicity department’s deputy chief Damodar Aryal.
