KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court on Monday has issued a mandamus order to reinstate Hitendra Dev Shakya as the Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority, who had been dismissed by Minister for Energy Kulman Ghising.
A joint bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Shrikant Paudel issued the mandamus order in favor of Shakya, who is currently serving at the Water and Energy Commission.
