Huge investment potential in Sudurpaschim Province: CM Shah



KAILALI: Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Kamal Bahadur Shah, has highlighted the province’s vast investment potential, emphasizing efforts to create a favorable environment for economic growth.

Shah made the remarks while receiving a status paper on ‘Investment Potential in Sudurpaschim’ prepared by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) as part of the province’s investment summit.

He stated that the provincial government is actively promoting initiatives that create a conducive atmosphere for investors, aiming to boost both provincial and national economies. “The province government is focused on building confidence among private sectors to attract investments,” he added.

Handing over the status paper, FNCCI President Chandra Prasad Dhakal highlighted opportunities in tourism, agriculture, herbal products, and hydropower in Sudurpaschim. He stressed that harnessing these sectors requires positive energy and commitment.
