Husband kills wife in Nuwakot following domestic dispute



NUWAKOT: A woman was killed by her husband in Shivapuri Rural Municipality-7, Nuwakot, following a domestic dispute on Tuesday evening.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Bikram Lama of the District Police Office, 49-year-old Sabina Tamang was fatally attacked with a khukuri by her husband, Jitman Tamang. She died on the spot.

Police took the accused into custody shortly after receiving information about the incident. During interrogation, Tamang confessed to killing his wife in a fit of rage. Further investigation is underway.
