Cabinet meeting underway at Baluwatar



KATHMANDU: The Government of Nepal is holding a cabinet meeting at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.

According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli convened the meeting to discuss routine agenda items as well as the recent ‘Gen Z’ protests and related violent incidents.

Earlier, in a National Security Council meeting, the Prime Minister reviewed the latest security situation with concerned ministers and heads of security agencies.
