TU opens vacancy for nearly 300 assistant professors in 47 Subjects



KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan University (TU) Service Commission has announced vacancies for nearly 300 assistant professor positions through open competition. Applications have been invited for posts in 47 subjects.

The highest number of vacancies is in Management, with 91 positions. This is followed by Law (33), Economics (18), English (14), Nepali (13), Computer Application (12), and Nepali Education (10). Vacancies in other subjects remain in single digits.

According to the notice, applications can be submitted online via the TU Service Commission’s website from September 14 until October 29 at 11:59 pm. Candidates may also apply until November 5 at 11:59 pm by paying double the regular application fee.
