Finance Committee meeting today to discuss customs law amendment



KATHMANDU: The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives is set to meet today to deliberate on proposed amendments to the customs law.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, the meeting will take place at the Finance Committee meeting room from 10 am.

The primary agenda includes a clause-by-clause discussion on the bill aimed at amending and unifying the customs law.

The proposed amendments are expected to streamline customs regulations, improve trade facilitation, and address existing legal inconsistencies.
