Gold price drops after surge of Rs 5,700 in 3 days



KATHMANDU: After a rise of Rs 5,700 over the past three days, gold prices have fallen today.

The price of gold has dropped by Rs 400 per tola, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation.

Gold is currently being bought and sold at Rs 168,100 per tola, down from yesterday’s price of Rs 168,500 per tola.

Gold prices increased by Rs 1,900 per tola on Tuesday, Rs 2,200 on Wednesday, and Rs 1,600 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has risen by Rs 5 per tola today, with silver being traded at Rs 1,985 per tola.
