Traffic resumes on Narayangadh-Muglin road

CHITWAN: Vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section and the Prithvi Highway has resumed from 6 a.m. today.

Transport services had been halted from 9 p.m. on Sunday due to the high risk of landslides following continuous rainfall on Friday and Saturday.

Chief Superintendent of Police Govinda Puri of the District Police Office, Chitwan, informed that vehicles previously stopped along the route have now begun moving toward their destinations.

Long- and short-distance vehicles that were held at 14 designated holding centers across the district have also resumed travel.
