Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Wednesday).

Today, the exchange rates for several currencies, including the US dollar, Australian dollar, and Kuwaiti and Bahraini dinars, have decreased.

However, the rates for currencies such as the euro and the pound have risen. The US dollar also saw a decline in value yesterday, while the euro and pound experienced an increase.

According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate for 1 US dollar today is 139 rupees 33 paisa, with a selling rate of 139 rupees 93 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 US dollar was 139 rupees 50 paisa, and the selling rate was 140 rupees 10 paisa.

The Rastra Bank further stated that the buying rate for 1 European euro today is set at 146 rupees 55 paisa, and the selling rate is 147 rupees 18 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 euro was 145 rupees 78 paisa, with the selling rate at 146 rupees 41 paisa.

Similarly, today the buying rate for 1 Pound Sterling is 177 rupees 19 paisa, with a selling rate of 177 rupees 95 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 Pound Sterling was 176 rupees 47 paisa, and the selling rate was 177 rupees 23 paisa.

The buying rate for 1 Australian dollar today is 86 rupees 73 paisa, and the selling rate is 87 rupees 11 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 Australian dollar was 86 rupees 83 paisa, with the selling rate at 87 rupees 21 paisa.

Today, the buying rate for 1 Kuwaiti dinar is 451 rupees 48 paisa, and the selling rate is 453 rupees 42 paisa. Yesterday, the buying rate for 1 Kuwaiti dinar was 451 rupees 79 paisa, with the selling rate at 453 rupees 74 paisa.
